We just unearthed some buried treasure! Around 5 years ago I photographed, designed, illustrated and published this cook book filled with recipes from some of the best chefs in the South West who champion the regional produce. My intention was to capture a snap-shot of what seemed to be a pivotal time in the South West food scene – the first print run sold out very quickly, and we have since resisted the temptation to do a second print run – so here they are… the last copies of The West Country Cook Book!
